Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Florida. We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and third-party carriers to ship our products. Delivery times vary depending on shipping destination.

  • United States: 3-5 business days; 2 days for express shipping option
  • Canada, Europe, Asia: 7-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-18 business days

Orders received by 2pm EST are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 2pm EST are shipped the following business day. 

You can find more accurate shipping estimates (specific to each product) on each product page. Tracking information is provided as soon your order is processed and shipped out.

It's recommended to provide a phone number at checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery. This applies especially if you're placing your order from outside the US.
Any assessed duties or local taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the receiver. 

Wrong or incomplete address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Delayed or lost orders
A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier because they're out of our control. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
